Kristi Clayton: Chief Administrative Officer

Kristi manages our administrative team. Kristi inspires them to deliver “world class” customer experience. She thrives on building customer relationships and providing support to the team members. With her exceptional organizational skills, she implements processes and procedures to keep the operations running efficiently. Outside of work you can find Kristi with her husband supporting their daughter in youth sports.

Kelly Schock : Customer Repairs and Scheduling Director

Kelly is the backbone of our repair department. Kelly works alongside with our field supervisors and large repair team. Her number one goal is ensuring customer satisfaction by problem solving and providing outstanding workmanship. With constant customer communication and taking the time to educate customers, she provides an outstanding customer experience. When Kelly is not sending estimates and scheduling the repair techs, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, including two daughters.

Stephanie Perez : Service & Billing Manager

Stephanie is customer service specialist! Stephanie utilizes her technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver a high level of customer service. Stephanie has the three “P”s…..Professionalism, Patience and a “people-first” attitude. Stephanie loves spending time with her 2 children and catching flights to new adventures and destinations.

Mark Pernice : Field Supervisor

Mark has over 30 years of experience in the service industry as a facility maintenance engineer. With his extensive electrical, plumbing, and pump knowledge, his ability to diagnose and repair any issue from the simplest to the most complex problems ensures that your equipment will always work it’s best for years to come. Mark is married with 2 daughters and enjoys fishing in both fresh water and salt water.

Jucelino De Costa : Field Supervisor

Jucelino better known as “JUICE” is our expert when it comes to chemical balancing. Juice knows pool chemistry. Juice has 10 years of experience dealing with some of South Florida’s most complex pools; there is nobody better. He spends most of his time in the field educating and training our pool techs the proper way to balance any size pool with any type of equipment. Juice carries the same passion he has for pools into training and competing in Muay Thai “Thai boxing” in is free time.
