Our technician is always on time every week and does a great job of cleaning my pool and is always on top of the situation quickly when any problems come up. The manager also contacts me promptly to make me aware of any maintenance issues that may need to be addressed. I utilize Palm Beach Pool Doctor for my weekly cleaning as well as any maintenance needed. They do a great job! They are very responsive to any needs I have had up to this point. They have replaced some lights for me and came to the rescue when I had some issues during a house renovation. We recently had a problem with our pump motor and Pool Doc was the company that offered the quickest response time along with a very competitive estimate.

Pool Doc is excellent. The managers respond quickly to any concern and address it right away. Pool Doc has installed pool automation, replaced a tired pump, and is currently maintaining our saltwater pool weekly. Service and response are top notch.

I called Pool Doc after three months of my pool being green. My original pool service could not get it correct. The service manager came out that day fixed my pool and in two days it was perfect. The weekly service is fantastic – they are reliable, well priced and I have not had an issue with my pool since I started using their service. Also when I could not get my spa heater working, I texted customer service and they walked me through how to fix it. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Pool Doc for almost a year now for pool maintenance. The first experience with them was when the pool turned green almost overnight and it was serviced the next day after a call to customer service. After that experience, they were hired to do weekly maintenance. Always serviced weekly on the day promised and they do a great job.
Had problems with the pool pump and the service manager, returned the call immediately, evaluated the pump the day after the call and a new pump was installed that day with a competitive replacement cost for labor and equipment!

Pool Doc is EXCELLENT! As a first time pool owner, the service manager took his time to explain how pools work and if we have any issue, customer service quickly responds to my text messages.
